 Breaking News The President of the republic of Cameroon Paul Biya Wednesday January 5th 2022 signed a decree creating three new state universities. The decree saw the creation of the universities of Garoua, Ebolowa and Bertoua. The president of the Republic of Cameroon. H.E  Paul Biya. This adds to the eight existing ones making a total of eleven state universities in the country. The signing of the decree happened almost a week after Paul Biya announced the coming of three new higher institutions of learning in his traditional end of year speech to the nation.
