NtaCCUL's General Manager Ade Muma Divine x-ray reasons behind NtaCCUL's success. "We have been on a digitalization journey for two years from the management report, we see that we have come to the end of the digitalization. People can now stay at their homes. They can do transactions using the app that we have made using the USSD platform and we have publicly created a GIMAC card. With this card you can move around with your account in your pocket. With the GIMAC card, you can withdraw from any other bank, from any other microfinance, using the GIMAC card. You don't need to come to the Credit Union again, that you want to do transactions. You can stay at your home 24 hours. You can do transactions using your mobile phone, using the GIMAC card that the Credit Union has put at the disposal of its members". Stating the uniqueness of the institution the General Manager noted that "for the past 10 years, we have been paying interest of 6% in member savings and then, we have developed a lot of products that tell us the needs of the members Like the lending promotion, we have come to realize that many women, they are engaged in lending especially small-scale loans, that they will not have collateral to pay those loans. Our credit union has already designed a project where you can support women without asking for anything. That's the significance of other securities and people.
