By Etienne Nfor Liboh.

The Regional campaign chair of the CPDM party Philemon Yang has called on municipal and Regional councilors  to respect the party’s guidelines by voting the CPDM list in the North West Region.

Speaking to the press at the end of the campaign,  Philemon Yang enjoint  the over 1075 municipal councilors and 90 Regional councilors to respect the guidelines of the CPDM and avoid any form of provocation. This entails that they should give back to the party by voting the CPDM list.

The official lunched of the campaign equally served as an avenue for the party to give a balance sheet of the party’s activities in the region. Out of the 34 councils in the region, CPDM can boast of 33 councils which gives the CPDM list an absolute advantage in the march 12 Senatorals.

However,  the campaign leader noted that it is not time for them to take any chances as no elections is won before time.   It should be noted that the CPDM will be battling in the region with the SDF list headed by Vanigansen MoChiggle who is the current vice president of the Upper House of Assembly.

The campaign lunch saw the attendance of party’s big wig and support to the candidates who are vying for the march 12 Senatoral  elections as highlighted by Philemon Yang “the North West list is that of the CPDM and not that of the individuals”.
